Health History
Prior to your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed health history form. This gives me a clear understanding of your past and present health, including any injuries, illnesses, symptoms, and lifestyle factors that may be influencing your nervous system.
If needed, I may gently explore certain areas further so we can gain a deeper picture of what your body has experienced and how best to support you.
What to Wear
All Initial Assessments and Spinal Flow sessions are conducted with you fully clothed, so there is no need to change prior to your appointment.
For the most beneficial experience, I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows your body to relax fully during the session.
To ensure ease of access to specific spinal points, it is best to avoid Lycra or tight-fitting clothing, denim, and garments with thick seams where possible, as these can restrict access to the points on the sacrum.

(Please allow 60–90 minutes)
Your first visit is a comprehensive and supportive session designed to understand your body, your history and your goals.
During this appointment we will:
• Explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle patterns and what you would love to achieve for your health and wellbeing
• Complete a postural assessment and gentle spinal check to identify areas of tension, restriction, or stored stress that may be impacting your nervous system
• Assess for physical, chemical, and emotional stress patterns that may be influencing how your body is functioning
• Discuss our findings together and create a personalised care plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals
• Complete your very first Spinal Flow session so your body can begin integrating the process immediately.
This session sets the foundation for your healing journey, allowing us to create clarity, direction and momentum from the very beginning.

(Please allow 20–30 minutes)
During your session, I will gently connect with specific points along your sacrum and Cranium, known for the best access points for us to contact. These areas are related to the natural flow of your nervous system. There is no manual manipulation or force applied — the technique is light, precise, gentle and deeply respectful of your body.
By softly contacting these access points, the intention is to help your body release stored stress and tension from the spine and nervous system. As this occurs, you may experience what is known as a “Spinal Wave” — a natural, unwinding response that reflects your body shifting into greater ease and flow.
All you need to do is lie comfortably face down, fully clothed, relax and allow your body to respond in its own time.
You will also feel gentle pressure on your feet, back of your thighs, pelvis and a gentle a touch down your spine.
At ClearPath SpinalFlow, we provide gentle feedback at each visit so you can understand how your body is progressing. You’ll also receive personalised self-care recommendations to support your healing between sessions and help you build lasting ease.
